Hopefully everything will go smoothly with our transaction. In case it doesn’t, here are some terms and conditions.

Payment
For items that require payment, this is made through PayPal. Please note that physical items will only be sent to the registered PayPal address. Payment is made at the time of order.
Refunds
In the unfortunate event of an item arriving damaged, I will require a photo of the damage (packaging and item) to be able to make a claim against the courier service/Royal Mail. Once you have provided this, I will either refund or replace the item (if available) after discussion with you.
If the item does not arrive (taking into account variable delivery times), I will either refund or replace it (if available).
This does NOT include electronic files that have already been downloaded.
Returns
If you change your mind, you are entitled to return the item within two weeks of receiving it thanks to the distance selling regulations. Unless the item is damaged, returns will be at your expense and once the returned item is received by me in a saleable state a refund minus postage costs will be made.
This does NOT include downloadable items for which there is no cooling-off period.
Delivery
Delivery is included in the purchase price where indicated. Items will be generally dispatched within 24 hours via second-class Royal Mail service. High-value items will be sent via a signed-for service for insurance purposes.
Please note that downloadable items are not physical items and nothing will be sent. Unfortunately, the shop software may not take this into account and may still ask for your address. This will not be used for any purpose and will be deleted once the order is completed.
Collection
Items marked for collection only will be available at 1 Lindsay Road, Leicester, LE3 2EJ by arrangement. I will email you using the email address you provide at checkout to let you know when the item is ready and to agree on a pick-up time.
Colours
Whilst every effort is made to describe colours in the piece and to photograph pieces in natural light, there will be some variation in device colour reproduction and exact colours cannot be guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
I aim to either produce original art and/or credit sources where applicable.
Just because something is free, it doesn’t mean it can be shared with others or sold as your own. I’d be very grateful if you would guide others to my shop so they may download freebies for themselves and perhaps see other items I have for sale.
